0kbd Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Use of the Platform

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between 0kbd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at 0kbd.io.

1.2 0kbd is an online betting and casino platform offering sports betting (including cricket), live casino games, slots, and related gaming services. The Platform operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is primarily designed to serve players located in Bangladesh.

1.3 These Terms must be read in conjunction with the 0kbd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

1.4 The language of this Agreement is English. All communications between 0kbd and its players shall be conducted in English unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.1 To use the 0kbd platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. The 0kbd platform is strictly for adults. Use by any person under 21 is absolutely prohibited.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated agents, bots, and scripts may not register accounts.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or player-protection restriction that would prevent lawful use of the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in accordance with the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

2.2 0kbd reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed. Any funds held in a suspended account pending age verification will be withheld until verification is concluded.

2.3 By registering an account, you warrant and represent that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current, and that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in clause 2.1.

3.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 0kbd platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 When registering, you must provide a valid and functioning email address, a secure password of your own choosing, and any additional information requested during the registration flow. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3.3 You must notify 0kbd immediately at [email protected] if you have reason to believe that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access to your account has occurred.

3.4 0kbd accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from a Player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

3.5 Account registration is free of charge. 0kbd does not charge registration fees or account maintenance fees.

4.1 0kbd operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. Before processing any withdrawal request, 0kbd may require you to submit documentation sufficient to verify your identity, age, and the ownership of the payment method(s) used to fund your account.

4.2 Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Documents must be valid (not expired) and must clearly show your full name and date of birth.

4.3 Proof of payment method ownership may be required when a Player uses bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or other mobile financial services. 0kbd may request a screenshot or confirmation of account ownership where reasonably necessary.

5.1 All transactions on the 0kbd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 0kbd does not apply currency conversion charges to BDT deposits or withdrawals.

5.2 The following payment methods are accepted for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 0kbd may add or remove payment methods at its discretion and will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of any changes to available deposit options.

5.3 Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Player's 0kbd wallet within sixty (60) seconds of a successful transaction. Card deposits may take up to five (5) minutes. In the event of a delay beyond these timeframes, Players should contact support at [email protected].

5.4 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the platform at the time of deposit. 0kbd reserves the right to amend deposit limits at any time.

5.5 All funds deposited into the 0kbd wallet must be sourced from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the associated account reviewed.

5.6 0kbd does not accept deposits made with the proceeds of illegal activity. Any account found to be funded by illicit means will be closed, balances frozen, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.

6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect Players' funds.

6.2 0kbd aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes of approval. In some cases, particularly where KYC verification is pending or where a withdrawal triggers an additional security review, processing may take up to twenty-four (24) hours.

6.3 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section. 0kbd reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal above a specified threshold.

6.4 0kbd does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Any fees charged by your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or card issuer are outside 0kbd's control and will be borne by the Player.

6.5 Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 7. Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will not be released for withdrawal.

7.1 0kbd may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion at the time it is made available.

7.2 Unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply to all 0kbd promotions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per promotion, per household, and per shared device or IP address.

8.2 All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. 0kbd does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse bets after they have been placed and confirmed, except where an obvious technical or pricing error has occurred and where 0kbd determines in its sole discretion that reversal is appropriate.

8.3 0kbd reserves the right to void any bet or wager where there is evidence of match-fixing, inside information, or any other form of corruption or irregular activity affecting the outcome of the relevant event.

11.1 0kbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Reasons for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected bonus abuse, suspected money laundering, or failure to complete KYC verification.

11.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to a breach, the remaining balance of verified funds will be returned to the Player via the most recently used eligible payment method.

This licence does not grant you any rights to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform without prior written consent from 0kbd.

12.3 The names, logos, and trademarks of third-party game providers displayed on the 0kbd platform (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remain the property of their respective owners and are used under licence.

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 0kbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption to service.

13.2 0kbd makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 16.3 Game outcome disputes involving RNG-based games may be reviewed by 0kbd in conjunction with the relevant game provider. 0kbd's determination, made in good faith with reference to verified server-side game logs, shall be final in respect of game outcome disputes.
